mISDN, Elastix e Fastweb!

Ciao a tutti,
dopo varie peripezie sono finalmente riuscito a configurare una
OpenVox B800P nel seguente ambiente:

Elastix 1.0
mISDN 1.1.7
8 BRI Fastweb distribuite su due Cisco

Ebbene, il problema si pone quando eseguo il comando "misdn show
stacks"

Come potete vedere sono tutte giù, sebbene le porte della scheda, come
da manuale, lampeggiano segnalando la corretta installazione dei
driver.

E' il caso di chiamare Fastweb o continuo a spulciare nella
configurazione?

PS:
Quando montarono gli apparati dissero che le porte le avrebbero
configurate senza alimentazione perché così fanno di solito con i
centralini voip (leggi: voispeed)
Che sia questo il problema?
