Phyiscal attractiveness has a lot less to do with your weight as it does with your muscle tone. Actresses Jeri Ryan and Jenna Elfman each weigh at least fifty pounds more than the average anorexic. Yet, each are coveted by men. Actors Arnold Shwartzenegger and Joe Piscapo weigh nearly one hundred pounds more than the average anorexic. Yet, both are coveted by women. All four people have one thing in common. That is, good solid muscles, the kind that flaunt a sense of self worth, self confidence and self sufficiency. Stop worrying about what the camera man says or what some drunken moron at the bar says or even what those dirty diet pushers on TV have to say about you and your weight. It's all bull pooty. It's YOUR body to deal with, not theirs. Put yourself in charge.[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
