[LONDON] - Informatica - C#JAVA FRONT END DEVELOPER

Our client is looking as a matter of urgency to hire a C# developer with
strong GUI design skills from a financial background. Based in the City,
they are one of the World's leading investment banks.

Although this is a C# development position, exposure to experience
developing in Java (J2SE) would also be highly advantageous, as would
knowledge of integration between C# and Java applications.

Applicants must have prior experience producing graphical users
interfaces in a financial environment; applications from candidates with
non-financial backgrounds CANNOT be considered.

The team will be using Sybase and Oracle as their databases, and strong
knowledge of one or both is essential. Messaging technologies including
Tibco RV and EMS will be used to link the systems, so exposure to these
is also required.
Ideally, candidates will also have knowledge of 3rd party libraries such as:
- Syncfusion
- ComponentOne
- Infragistics
- DevExpress

In particular, the client is looking for applicants with prior
experience dealing with Fixed Income, FX or COMMODITIES. But any
applicant from a similar financial background can be considered.
