Copertura DTT: c'è o no?

Cercando la copertura del DTT nel mio comune ottengo questo risultato:

http://www.dgtvi.it/dgtvi/copertura.aspx?TRS_ID50000&PROVID&CITYID 21&CS=1

Che significa al 50%?! Che mezzo paese è coperto? E quale "mezzo"?
Sarà
esteso si e no su 2km!
