nothing for case happens:-)

Today I was in gym and I noticed that my mate had a tatoo. I asked him
obviously in Italian "what is it written?" and he showed me it
I read "nothing for case happens" in English
I couldn't believe what I was seeing;
So I said him that the sentence was wrong becasue the correct one should be
"nothing happens by chance".
He said also that the tatooer (tatuatore) suggested him a phrase which
contains a word like chance, but he said he wanted written "for case"
Can I do a tatoo's writer??:-)

P.S: when I think he has to keep this one for all your life, I get to
laughing
