Rimuovere il virus CRYP TAP-2

Per favore qualcuno sà indicarmi la procedura esatta per rimuovere
questo maledetto Virus :
CRYP_TAP-2

In modalità provvisoria non viene rilevato dal mio antivirus
Pctools.Ho provato anche con la scansione online con Panda sntivirus,me
lo rileva,ma ma in automatico non riesce a toglierlo,se clicco sul link
delle  istruzioni per rimuoverlo manualmente non vado avanti.

C'è un rimedio ? Oppure devo formattare tutto ?
